Ingredients
60ml Red Wine Vinegar
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
5ml Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
5 ml oregano (dried)
pinch of sea salt
2.5ml freshly cracked black pepper
120ml extra-virgin olive oil

Mix together all ingredients except oil. Emulsify oil by pouring in slowly while whisking other ingredients vigorously - or use a blender to make life simpler!
