This is our middle sized box which is ideal for a couple or an individual that loves their veg. The standard box usually includes five to seven varieties of local, organic, seasonal vegetables.
Autumn example: potatoes, bunched carrots, onions, squash, lettuce, curly kale.
Summer Example: new potatoes, bunch of radishes, spring onions, garlic, spinach, salad leaves and parsley.
Lots of people like to complement this box with a supplementary veg box and a fruit bag.
