Feta Dressing

Ingredients

75ml mayonnaise
50g feta or medita (about 1/4 of a block), crumbled
1 tsp olive oil
1tsp lemon juice
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
minced chives

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or blender, or use a stick blender to mix them together in a jug.

Alternatively, if you don't have any of those, use a fork to mash the feta as smooth as possible. Add the olive oil slowly, beating with a fork, then add other liquid ingredients slowly while mixing. Finally mix in the oregano, garlic, chives, and seasoning.
