It couldn't be easier to make a bowl of delicious popcorn: just heat a pan with a lid, add a little oil, and enough kernels to cover the base. Cover with that lid and let pop, shaking now and then to prevent burning. When popping slows right down, remove from heat and serve with the seasoning of your choice. I like a little olive oil, paprika and salt, but it's a great opportunity to experiment.
