The Southern regions of France have the ideal climate, temperature and soil for chestnut trees which needs a certain acidity in the soil and a limited range of altitudes. These chestnuts are picked in autumn, sorted, peeled and vacuum packed. Natural and organic, they are a great addition to a variety of recipes.
