
Made from fresh organic chilli peppers in our Govanhill Kitchen, we then combine the mash with sea salt and allow fermentation to take place overnight. The rest of this sauce comes together with caramelised onions, heaps of garlic, more than a few healthy glugs of cider vinegar, and a whole load of bell peppers.
